An internationally recognized plastic and reconstructive surgeon, he specializes in cosmetic and reconstructive breast surgery. Prof. Ashton is a consultant plastic surgeon to the Royal Women\u2019s Hospital, director of the Taylor Lab in the Anatomy Department of the University of Melbourne, and a clinical professor at the University of Melbourne. He\u2019s published over 200 articles on plastic reconstructive surgery in a variety of prestigious national and international professional journals. He worked and studied extensively in Australia and the United States. He\u2019s a Fellow of The Royal Australasian College of Surgeons and a member of the Australian Society of Plastic Surgeons, the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the Australasian Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons.
